Pattaya Tropical. This Thai village located on the East side of Pattaya, between Siam Country Club Road, and Soi Nern Plabwahn.
The village provides wide roads, 24 hour security, and a very large communal garden and swimming pool. At the swimming pool the club house provides a fully operated restaurant, and mini mart.
Within minutes of the village there is a 7-11 mini mart, tesco lotus express, and a thai market selling all fresh meat,  vegetables and fruit.
Title deed is held in a Thai name.
