Chom Talay Resort. If you are looking for a good value large property with direct beach access, in a quiet location, then look no further! Chom Talay is located at the south end of Jomtien Beach. It’s the first complex that literally has direct beach access. There are some quality Thai restaurants around, including “Pu Pen” which is very popular.
